turn jewels into lard

I see it too often
especially seeking right
The most zealous are blinded
by left-brain might

Is anyone able
to judge right and wrong?
Are rules we live by
outdated and too long?

Is there an elegant way
to transcend endless rules?
Are love and intuition
our new shining jewels?
